Kendra Energy Solutions Welcomes Optimised Group’s BEMS & ROC Division

Kendra is excited to announce the acquisition of the BEMS and ROC (Remote Optimisation Centre) Division of Optimised Group, an important milestone that marks the next stage of growth for the business.

As part of the acquisition, the existing senior management team and delivery personnel within the Optimised BEMS & ROC Division will transfer to Kendra, ensuring continuity of service and expertise for existing clients whilst strengthening Kendra’s national service offering.

The acquisition further enhances Kendra’s capabilities within Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) delivery, remote monitoring, analytics and optimisation services, whilst significantly expanding the reach of the ROC “Remote Optimisation Centre” services across Kendra’s established national client base.

The division will continue to operate from the existing regional offices located in Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire and Sittingbourne, Kent – maintaining local support and operational continuity for customers and employees alike.
